Refund Policy

Prepaid amounts above the $50 reservation deposit are returned when no service or other authorized charge applies. Verified service concerns follow the review and re-clean process in our Terms.

Clear treatment of deposits, balances, and service concerns.

When a booking is canceled at least 24 hours ahead, the $50 reservation deposit is refundable. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is retained, while any prepaid amount above it is returned when no service or other authorized charge applies. Report a verified cleaning concern within 24 hours so we can review it and offer a reasonable re-clean.

$50 reserves the requested appointment and crew.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival: deposit refunded or transferred.

Cancellation inside 24 hours, no-show, or lockout: deposit is non-refundable.

Any applicable non-waivable customer right remains unaffected.
