Cancellation Policy

The $50 reservation deposit is refundable when a booking is canceled at least 24 hours before arrival and non-refundable inside 24 hours, for a no-show, or when access is unavailable.

Cancel 24 hours ahead for a deposit refund.

The $50 reservation deposit is refundable when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Inside 24 hours, for a same-day cancellation, no-show, or unavailable access, the deposit is non-refundable. With 24 hours' notice, you may also transfer the deposit to a rescheduled appointment.

$50 reserves the requested appointment and crew.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival: deposit refunded or transferred.

Cancellation inside 24 hours, no-show, or lockout: deposit is non-refundable.

Any applicable non-waivable customer right remains unaffected.
