Everything clients usually want to know about scope, pricing, access, pets, scheduling, payments, and what happens after the clean—written without the fine-print feeling.
Start bookingYes. We can arrive with the core supplies and equipment needed for the selected clean. If your home has delicate finishes, allergies, or product preferences, add a note during booking so we can confirm the best approach before arrival.
Choose Basic for a maintained space with light dust, fingerprints, crumbs, and routine bathroom use. Choose Deep for visible buildup, heavier grease, neglected edges, hard-water residue, or a first clean after a long gap. If the condition is heavier than the selected level, we pause and confirm the scope or price adjustment before starting.
It is based on the property size, cleaning level, selected add-ons, access, and timing you provide. We review the details before service. If photos or the arrival condition show a meaningfully different scope, we explain the change and ask for approval before extra work is added.
We serve homes and businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, including Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and nearby communities.
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and custom schedules are available. After the first visit confirms the right scope, recurring visits are easier to keep consistent and can be adjusted when your routine changes.
Photos are optional but helpful for first-time, Deep, move-in or move-out, post-project, and heavily detailed cleans. They let us check buildup, access, and special surfaces so the crew arrives with a clearer plan.
Yes. We can prepare guest-facing kitchens, bathrooms, floors, beds, and visible surfaces between stays. Add linen handling, inside-appliance work, or other turnover details separately so the estimate matches your hosting checklist.
A quick pickup helps us spend more time cleaning instead of organizing. Please secure valuables, clear fragile items, provide access instructions, and tell us about delicate surfaces or rooms you do not want entered. If tidying or organization is part of the job, select it as an add-on.
Timing depends on the size, condition, cleaning level, access, and selected add-ons. Your booking provides an estimated scope, but first visits and spaces with heavier buildup can take longer. We will contact you if the condition is likely to change the planned timing.
No. Many clients provide a door code, lockbox, concierge instruction, or another approved entry method. Make sure access is available for the full appointment and tell us how the property should be secured when the team leaves.
Tell us about every pet before arrival. Friendly pets can stay home when safely separated from active work areas, but anxious, protective, or escape-prone pets should be secured in a comfortable room or taken off-site. We never want cleaning noise or an open door to put a pet at risk.
We try to keep recurring appointments consistent, but a specific cleaner cannot always be guaranteed because of schedules, illness, or time off. Your property notes and selected scope stay with the booking so another trained team member can follow the same plan.
Our service is built around an insured cleaning team and documented appointment details. If you have a building, concierge, or property-management requirement, send it before booking so we can confirm any access or insurance documentation needed for the visit.
Contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation terms depend on how much notice is provided and whether the appointment required reserved labor, travel, or priority scheduling. The applicable terms are shown during booking and confirmed before payment.
The checkout shows whether your booking uses a deposit, authorization, partial payment, or full payment. Any approved scope change is confirmed with you before an additional charge is made, and your receipt reflects the services selected for the appointment.
Contact us promptly after the appointment and include clear photos when possible. We review the booked scope, crew notes, and reported issue, then arrange an appropriate correction when the concern involves work that was included but missed.
Regular cleaning does not automatically include hazardous materials, mold remediation, pest waste, construction debris, heavy lifting, exterior work, or high areas that require special equipment. Inside appliances, windows, laundry, organization, and other time-heavy tasks must be selected separately when available.
Add-ons are separate, clearly priced tasks such as inside-fridge or oven cleaning, laundry, linens, interior windows, pet hair, organization, and detailed appliance work. Choose only what you need; each selection updates the estimate before checkout.
Yes. These appointments focus on an empty or nearly empty property and can include cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, baseboards, and other turnover details when selected. Tell us whether furniture remains and share any landlord or closing checklist before the visit.
Tipping is never required. If you feel the team delivered exceptional care, a tip or a specific review mentioning what they did well is always appreciated.
